Mr. Mohamed A. Almarzook is a Kuwait national (DoB 16th February 1969). He graduated from the University of San Francisco – USA in 1995 (Bachelor of Finance). He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Tamdeen Real Estate Co (a leading Real Estate Developer in Kuwait), as well as Tamdeen Group CEO - Retail & Hospitality. In the retail Sector, Mr. Almarzook is the Chairman & CEO of 360 Style Company, which is a part of Tamdeen Group. 360 Style holds joint ventures with several luxury brands such as: Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, MCM & Saint Laurent. In the Hospitality Sector, Mr. Almarzook oversees Tamdeen Group’s hotel portfolio currently consisting of Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall & the Grand Hyatt Kuwait.

Avijit is the CEO of Tamdeen Mall Managements and has over 25 years of experience in shopping center marketing, management and development across the Middle East and Canada. He has served on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Certified Marketing Director (CMD) committee, Middle East Council of Shopping Centers (MECSC) Board and as judge & faculty for ICSC & MECSC educational and award programs. He holds the ICSC; CMD, CSM, CLS, CDP and CRX designations and has been the recipient of several ICSC & MECSC Awards.

Mohammed is the Managing Partner of Faith Capital Holding, a Kuwait based venture capital fund which focuses on e-commerce businesses, that have high growth potential for the future. Faith Capital was created by Mohammed in order to harness his previous experience and success to promote and fund a new generation of Internet entrepreneurs in the region. Mohammed believes in a hands-on approach with Faith Capital's portfolio companies to create maximum value and to encourage these businesses to compete successfully on a regional and global stage.

Kuwait born and raised, Rachad Tabiat is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of AlOthman & Tabiat General Trading company, which owns AlOthman Fashion. The store, Kuwait’s first multi-brand high-end store, was founded by his late father Mr. Habib Tabiat in 1956 and was a pioneer in bringing European brands to the Middle East. Today, AlOthman offers both luxury designer brands, contemporary fashion labels, bridal gowns and unique lifestyle products. The store is instrumental in nurturing emerging talent by providing a platform for local designers to showcase their designs.

Imran Amed, Founder & Chief Executive of The Business of Fashion. Imran Amed is one of the global fashion industry’s leading writers, thinkers and commentators, and is founder, chief executive and editor-in-chief of The Business of Fashion, a modern media company and the authoritative voice of the global fashion and luxury industries. Imran holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Com from McGill University. He was born in Canada and holds British and Canadian citizenship. Previously, Imran was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Moon Baz is the Creator Partnerships Lead, Middle East, Africa and Turkey at Meta. She leads the Creator Partnerships team across the video ecosystem for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. Moon works closely with strategic creators and public figures, supporting them to leverage Facebook and Instagram tools to maximize mutually beneficial objectives.

Duha AlRamadhan is the founder and CEO of Aubade Jewelry, a multi-brand fine jewelry store based in Kuwait. With a degree in Industrial Engineering, Duha’s venture into the jewelry world was completely unplanned. She founded Aubade in 2013 with the aim of bringing all of her favorite jewelry brands to Kuwait, and it has since grown to represent over 23 brands, opened a second location in Dubai in 2022, and launched its online retail platform earlier this year.

TGM is a UAE born fashion brand with sustainability, charity & positive impact ingrained in its ethos. I developed my design handwriting from over 10 years of design experience in the UK and Stockholm working with global retail leader H&M. I moved to the UAE from one of the design capitals of the world – Stockholm, Sweden where the minimalist aesthetic and focus on quality timeless design has influenced my work greatly. Combining scandi design with my love for streetwear, as well as personal influences such as modestwear have lead to my influence on TGM's design aesthetic. Having shown ranges and partaking in the judging panel at Graduate Fashion Week in London, I continue to mentor young emerging designers from afar as well as local fashion schools such as Istituto Marangoni & FAD. Above all else I am deeply passionate about driving fashion towards a more sustainable future.

Shahad AlSabeeh founder and CEO of Ibrah, the first clothing manufacturer in Kuwait which specializes in sustainable production for local designers. Graduated from Kuwait University majored in finance. Previously worked in Ali AlGhanim & Sons retail division as Development Manager.
